Michael, as we may have told you we had been talking for several days about "looking" at the new Nissan Altima.
We mentioned it to our son since he had bought a small Nissan at Pomoco on Mercury and the
the attention the saleman gave him was remarkable. So we drove first to Pomoco on Mercury, and we were met
almost immediately by you, Michael Wiseman, as we strolled about the lot looking. You were so thorough in
explaining the various parts of the Altima, and asked if we would like to take one for a drive. In
doing so we were impressed by the smooth ride as well as the smooth transition of the shifting of gears.
However, the time that you spent with us making sure we were satisfied with the model we choose, was
impressive. So we turned from "looking" to actually purchasing a new Nissan Altima since the contract
presented to us on our trade-in seemed fair. Finally, you were more than helpful walking us through
the paces of the purchase from this person to that person. Without our knowing it a carpet was spread
on the outside stairs to our vehicle - how special was that?? You took our picture by our new Altima and
helped us transfer the things from our Honda to the new Altima. We so appreciate the attention you
gave to us without pressure. We won't hesitate to recommend you and Pomoco on Mercury to others.

I first became a POMOCO Nissan customer with my purchase of a brand new 2005 NISSAN MAXIMA with a standard 6-speed transmission. My wife and I live in Chesapeake and before that, I had been a HALL NISSAN repeat customer; however, the local HALL dealership did not have the type of vehicle I wanted in their inventory when I wanted to purchase another MAXIMA. HALL did find a vehicle that matched my desires in Richmond. HALL refused to bring that car to Hampton Roads unless I put a significant deposit down. Insulted by the manner in which I was treated, I shared my experience with a friend who suggested I call POMOCO Nissan and talk to Henry. I followed the friend's advice; told Henry over the phone just what I wanted and he began to search. Two days later, I received a call from Henry and he asked me to come look at the vehicle he had found. I will never forget that day; the vehicle had everything and more of what I had told Henry over the phone and the price was incredible. No gimmicks, no long arbitrations back and forth; just my telling Henry what I wanted and he and his staff delivered. I have been a customer since that day and never looked back. With the Maxima's changes in body style, I have shopped and bought 5 Maximas since that first buy in late 2004. Little did I know at first that Henry was indeed not just a salesman, BUT the OWNER of POMOCO NISSAN. I was very impressed with his customer-focused attitude and work ethic. My family and I have dealt with many car dealers all over the United States as we have moved from Coast-to-Coast over a 26 year military career and no dealership has or can compare to the customer-friendly atmosphere at POMOCO Nissan. It begins at the top and is prevalent throughout Henry's staff. I have since got to know Ray Jarvis in sales and John in Service and cannot speak more highly of their efforts to keep my wife and I satisfied whether we are buying or just getting our car serviced. I am indeed a long-standing and very satisfied Customer of POMOCO Nissan. To Henry , Ray, Jon and the rest of the staff, thank-you for all you do and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
