Let me just say that the Truck buying experience at Pomoco Nissan was top notch. I drove 3 hrs from Goldsboro NC to buy my Titan and if given the opportunity in the future will do it over and over again. Everyone was fantastic from My sales Lady Lois Dretchen to the Manager Shannon and Mike who helped me with all the paperwork. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and told me where to get a hot cup of coffee and even a "secret snack" from the parts department. I met so many great people and I wish I could remember all there names. When you purchase from Pomoco you truly are treated with respect and kindness. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM!!!! I just want to say thank you and we really need your level of service in North Carolina. I think Nissan should pay your staff to train these other dealers on how it's done RIGHT!!! I wish I lived closer because the services you provide after someone buys a vehicle from you is unheard of in today's world, but that's how you keep customers coming back over and over again. LOYALTY!!!! not just when you buy it that day but FOREVER!!!

I had given up on finding a dependable used car.  I was tired of nonchalant attitudes and deceptive practices that I had experienced with previous sales reps. Mr. Nicholson demonstrated a kind and caring attitude, displaying patience as he answered all of my questions.  Furthermore, he was consistent in following up with work orders that were submitted at the time of purchase of my car.

I did not expect to buy a car.  I expected to walk away disappointed as I had done so many times before.  Had it not been for the respectful and kind the manner of Mr Nicholson I would still be driving a vehicle I could not trust on Jefferson Ave.  Mr. Nicholson's attention and respectful attitude convinces me that I made a good decision.  Please know that you have a  have a fabulous employee.

I would very much like to thank you, and the entire Pomoco Nissan Hampton team for the stellar and wonderful care I received (and always do) while purchasing my second 'Z' from Pomoco. 


 I purchased my first 350z from Pomoco 10.5 years ago. I had my Z serviced ONLY by your service department and I contribute their expertise in the proper maintenance of my vehicle as a huge contributing factor in the reliability and ongoing terrific performance for my car as long as I owned her. They are a tremendous asset and definite feather in Team Pomoco's hat and Kenny is the best Service Manager EVER. Period.


Purchasing my second vehicle from you was  a given, but I could not have anticipated how professionally and kindly I was treated by your entire sales team when I was purchasing my new Z.  Frankly, I was spoiled rotten..... and I appreciated it.


I look forward to another 10.5 years of not only having my new Z serviced by Pomoco, but having the privilege of seeing everyone there when I bring my car in. We are all going to grow old(er) together, God willing.

"Exceptional Service!"

I have to tell you about the wonderful customer service, I received from Ken Laxton and the work that was done on my car by,Gilbert L Artis Jr.  I had service done on my car at another place .But anyway yesterday Janurary 20,2015,Mr.Laxton was down to earth and very honest with me in asking,had any one else worked on my car,because things didn't add up to what I had told him.That is I took my car somewhere else to have it repaired,and they didn't do the job I expected.But When Mr.Laxton and Mr.Artis Jr.got on the job,they fixed my car with half of the money I had been saving to take it to the dealer,and they kept me updated throughout my entire service done on my car,and showed me evidence of the silicone fix that the orther repair center did to my car.I am truly Grateful and Honored for the service they performed on my car Mr.Laxton and Mr.Gilbert.I can only say for those two guys,Truly,Truly Exceptional Service!!! I have never in my lifetime expereinced this Exceptional,Outstanding service in owning ,buying,and ofcourse getting my cars serviced.I just want to Thank them both for there Honesty,and Job Well Done!!!
